SHIPPING

Within Australia: 

FREE SHIPPING for all items sent within Australia via Australia Post regular mail! Orders are posted within 3 days of payment being received, not including weekends and public holidays. Tracking is included with this option. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been posted, using your PayPal email provided during payment.

If you would like your item express posted within Australia ONLY for an additional fee, please add this option to your cart (located under "Products").

All items are wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a cardboard box to protect from damage. I am therefore unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, usually a couple of days but may be up to 7-10 days during peak times.

Parcels will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are correct. Any parcels returned to Liona Lee Designs due to incorrect address will need to pay postage again before they are reposted.

International: 

Please contact me for a postage quote at hello@lionaleedesigns.com.

Please allow between 7-21 days for your item to reach you. International postage does not include tracking.

I am not responsible for any customs fees, all fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

LOST ITEMS

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:

1. Check with your neighbours, family members or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left with them.
2. Contact your local post office and lodge a lost item report.
3. Contact hello@lionaleedesigns.com and include your lost item report reference number.
4. I kindly request that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date after enquiring with your family, neighbours and post office.

Once a shipment has been marked as ‘delivered,’ I am no longer responsible for the package, but I will help in any way I can.

Please note; Liona Lee Designs is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT ITEMS

In the rare event your order is damaged in transit, please contact hello@lionaleedesigns.com so I can work with you to rectify the issue. Please keep all packaging and take photographs so I can assess your issue without delay.

Your satisfaction is very important and I will work with you quickly to resolve any problems with your order. Liona Lee Designs will cover any costs of return and re-shipping for orders where there is an error on my behalf.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully as Liona Lee Designs does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct Fabric Stud size is chosen, within each product listing. Liona Lee Designs will not be held responsible for incorrect choices.
